Chiles Apartments
Our STory
Chiles Apartments opened in 2022 as the first affordable housing community in Oregon built with mass timber. The building's cross-laminated timber floors and fir post-and-beam frame give every home a warm, natural feel. Open-air walkways, shared porches, and plenty of daylight make it easy to get to know your neighbors while still having a space that's your own. Rooftop solar panels and an energy-efficient design help keep the building comfortable year-round.
